We are a family that has been farming for 4 generations. We have been producing dried tomatoes for 20 years. Our journey, which started with a small production of 10 tons in 2000, continues today with a production capacity of 350 tons per year. Our purpose is to present you the most delicious and natural tomatoes that we produce only in our own fields.
Production and Quality
While continuing the traditions we learned from our family, it is our greatest principle to bring them together with the most modern production methods. For this reason, we use the most modern technologies in agricultural production and we have started to use technologies that we obtain the highest quality to reduce human contact with the cutting of tomatoes.
HOW WE PRODUCE ?
PLANTING
Tomato seedlings produced by organic farming are planted only in our own fields that we prepare for planting.
RIPENING
Our tomatoes ripen in the best way under the unique nature and sun of the Aegean, and the source of their taste and naturalness comes from here.
HARVEST
Our tomatoes are hand-harvested one by one and only the best and nice tomatoes are present to you.
DRYING
Human contact is minimized by cutting the tomatoes with the most modern methods. It is only salted and expected to be ready for 6-8 days under the Aegean sun.
PROCESSING
Sun-dried tomatoes are packaged in our modern facility at European standards, without any additives for you.
